What services do you offer?

  • We offer sewing and upcycling services for accessories and clothing. Stay tuned as we release more templates you can customize according to your taste and style.
  • Another is to meet the fabric and notion needs of clients who have their DIY projects and uniform requirements. We'll upload more items on this platform.  
How long is the lead time for my orders?
  • For fabrics and notions and on-hand items, the timeline for fulfillment is 5-7 working days. 
  • For made-to-order items, the average lead time is 3 weeks.
How do you ship my items?
  • We ship your items via JnT or Entrego courier services. If in the middle of the production of your made-to-or item, you decided to change your address, please contact us through twinstarr.garments@gmail.com and put the subject “URGENT: Change address for Order No….”
  • Own Pick Up is also available where you can book your own same day delivery service once the item is available for release.
Do you exchange items?
  • For cut fabrics and custom items, these cannot be exchanged. 
  • Some items may be exchanged provided that they are done within 7 days from receipt of item, item is kept within its original packaging, and the item is not washed.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, GCASH)
  • More Online Modes of Payment (Paymaya, Credit/Debit Card)
  • Installment via Billease
  • Over-the-counter payments through 7/11 & Cebuana Lhuillier
